Once the liquid has started to simmer add chamomile, turn off the heat, cover, and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Using a strainer to catch the chamomile flowers, strain tea into your favorite large ceramic mug.
Stir in vanilla and add a dash of nutmeg.
Use a handheld frothing wand to froth tea for about 20 seconds. (optional)
