Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1 Tea Bag or 1 1/2 Teaspoon Loose Leaves
  • Sugar optional
  • Whole Milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil on the stovetop. (you can also use an electric kettle and set the temp to 212 F)
  • Place tea in a teapot or tea cup.
  • Pour water over the tea and cover.
  • Steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
  • Strain out tea.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Milk Alternatives:
  • Oatmilk - in my opinion is the most neutral flavored
  • Coconut Milk - adds a bit of sweetness.
  • Soy Milk
  • Almond Milk - adds a sweet nutty hint. I prefer unsweetened.
