- 1 Cup Filtered Water
- 1 Tea Bag or 1 1/2 Teaspoon Loose Leaves
- Sugar optional
- Whole Milk optional
Bring water to a boil on the stovetop. (you can also use an electric kettle and set the temp to 212 F)
Place tea in a teapot or tea cup.
Pour water over the tea and cover.
Steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
Strain out tea.
