How to Make Matcha Milk Tea with Boba

- 1 Teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Simple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Boba
- Ice
Prepare boba according to package instructions. Scoop into the serving cup. (Top with 1 tablespoon of simple syrup, optional)
Add water and matcha powder to a blender bottle with a wire whisk blender ball and shake vigorously until matcha and water are combined with no lumps.
Pour matcha over boba.
Drizzle in simple syrup.
Top with milk.
Give your tea a little stir, add a straw, and enjoy!
- If using boba balls, prepare boba immediately before use. Boba does not store well even for a day.
