Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Passionflowers
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a kettle and pour a bit into your teapot to warm it up. Swirl the water around and discard.
  • Add dried passionflowers to the teapot.
  • Pour water over the tea leaves.
  • Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain out tea leaves.
  • Pour into serving cups.
  • Add honey and lemon to tastes (optional)
