Equipment

  • Boba Straws
  • Tapioca Pearl - Black Sugar Flavor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teaspoon or Tea Bag Thai Tea Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Uncooked Boba
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil and add in tea. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Cook boba according to package instructions. (See “cook boba” for more details)
  • Mix together milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Scoop boba into the serving glass and top with a handful of ice.
  • Pour in your tea.
  • Top with milk.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe uses a tea mix, but you can also make your own.
  • Substitute sweetened condensed milk with simple syrup. 
  • Adjust the sugar level to your tastes using more or less.
  • Cook boba right before serving. 
  • Use a reusable boba straw to suck up boba with every sip.
