  • Organic Blue Matcha Tea Powder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teaspoon Blue Matcha Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add water, honey, and nutmeg into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off heat and whisk in blue matcha.
  • Warm and froth milk.
  • Pour matcha into a cup, top with foamy milk.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Chose your favorite milk including plant-based.
  • Heat water to 212 (boiling) as this is the optimal temperature for making herbal tea.
  • Add more honey if you prefer a sweeter tea.
