Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil on the stovetop.
  • Turn off heat and add in tea.
  • Cover and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes.
  • Strain out tea.
  • Stir sweetener and vanilla into tea.
  • Warm and froth milk.
  • Pour the tea into a tea cup.
  • Pour over frothed milk. Stir if desired.
  • Enjoy!

Heat the water to the proper temperature. Herbal tea is best steeped at 212°F.
