Ingredients in Butterfly Pea Flower Latte
- Butterfly Pea Flowers – Some use butterfly pea powder, but I prefer to brew a tea with dried butterfly pea flowers. These can easily be purchased online.
- Milk – In this recipe you can use a regular whole milk, or it can be easily adaped to a vegan tea using a plant based milk. My favorite is oatmilk!
- Sugar – Use regular granulated sugar in this recipe as it disolves easily and quickly! You can also easily substitute sugar for your favorite sweetener. Maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar are all great options!
- Vanilla – Just a dash, but it makes all the difference!
