Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Shake until water and matcha are incorporated and no lumps are visible.
  • Pour mixture into ice cube trays.
  • Place the trays into the freezer for at least 12 hours or until the cubes are fully frozen.

Notes

  • If you want a stronger matcha flavor, use less water when making the ice cubes.
  • Use different types of milk to customize the taste and texture of your latte — oat milk makes for a delicious vegan option!
  • Make sure to use filtered water for a fresher, purer taste.
  • If you want a sweeter cube, add a teaspoon of honey or simple syrup to the mixture before freezing.
  • It is important to source your matcha from a reliable vendor to ensure the quality and freshness of your matcha powder.
