- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
Add hibiscus, sugar, and water to a small pot over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until sugar fully dissolves.
Turn off heat and cover.
Steep for about 5 – 10 minutes.
Strain out hibiscus solids.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
