- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Root chopped or sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root chopped or sliced
- 4 Lemon Slices
- 1-2 Tablespoons Honey or to taste
- 2 Cups Water
Start by rinsing turmeric root, ginger root, and lemon and pat dry.
Thinly slice each ingredient and add to the pot.
Pour water over the ingredients.
Set the timer for 10 minutes. Bring contents in the pot to a boil and then simmer on low until time has expired.
Strain out pulp.
Stir in honey while still warm.
