Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teaspoon Matcha
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Milk
  • 2-3 Tablespoon Honey Lavender Simple Syrup

Lavender Honey Syrup

  • 2 Tablespoons Lavender
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

Honey Lavender Syrup

  • Add water, honey, and lavender to a small saucepan over low heat. Allow the honey to incorporate with the water stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender.

Lavender Matcha Latte

  • Whisk together matcha and water until combined. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of homemade honey lavender syrup. (recipe above)
  • Steam milk by warming it on the stove to about 150°F. Foam milk with a handheld electric wand. Or use your favorite method for foaming milk!
  • Add matcha to the serving cup. Pour over milk.
  • Enjoy!
