This honey lavender matcha latte recipe is one of the most delicious matcha lattes! Every sip of this delicious matcha lavender latte is perfectly balanced with the earthy and floral flavors of matcha and lavender.
Add water, honey, and lavender to a small saucepan over low heat. Allow the honey to incorporate with the water stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender.
Lavender Matcha Latte
Whisk together matcha and water until combined. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of homemade honey lavender syrup. (recipe above)
Steam milk by warming it on the stove to about 150°F. Foam milk with a handheld electric wand. Or use your favorite method for foaming milk!
Add matcha to the serving cup. Pour over milk.
