White Tea
Instructions
Bring water to about 170-180°. (Or bring to a boil and let the water rest for 2-3 minutes)
Swirl water in the teapot to warm it up and discard water.
Add tea leaves to your teapot and pour over the water.
Steep for about 3 minutes.
Strain out tea leaves and enjoy!
Notes
Optional: Add a bit of honey to taste.
