Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoon Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon or Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Steep chamomile flowers in hot water for about 5-10 minutes.
  • After steeping the tea, remove chamomile flowers.
  • Stir in honey, nutmeg, and vanilla into the chamomile tea while it is still warm. Stir to combine ingredients.
  • Add ice to your serving glass. Pour tea over ice and top with milk. (Optional, foam milk for a more luxurious latte.)
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Steep Chamomile Flowers in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Use your favorite milk including dairy milk and plant-based milk.
Cinnamon can be substituted with nutmeg.
