Heating Honey - In this recipe, the honey will be lightly heated. If your honey has crystallized, not to worry as heating it will bring it back to its liquid form. If you are using raw honey, be aware that heating can result in some loss of nutrients and health benefits.
Lavender is a lovely light flavor if used correctly. Don’t use too much lavender or it will become bitter. A small amount goes a long way!
You can substitute by replacing half the amount of honey with sugar if desired.
