1 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Teaspoon Matcha 1-2 Tablespoons Liquid Sugar Splash of Milk to thin out foam if needed
Pour cream and simple syrup into a blender bottle and sift matcha over the milk.
Drop in a whisk ball and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 shakes. (Pro Tip: Do not over shake or your foam will become whipped cream .)
Pour foam immediately over the cold drink.
Enjoy!
Always opt for high-quality matcha powder. The better the quality, the brighter the green color and the smoother your matcha flavor will be.
To ensure a smooth, lump-free matcha paste, sift your matcha powder into the milk.
If you’re watching your sugar intake, feel free to omit the simple syrup or replace it with another liquid sugar-free option.
Matcha cold foam is best enjoyed immediately. The froth will gradually dissolve into the matcha, so sip and savor while the foam is fresh and frothy!
