1/2 Onion Sliced 1/2 Lemon Sliced 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger 2 Cups Water 1 Tablespoon Honey
Peel and cut the onion into even slices, and add to saucepan.
Slice the lemon and add to the pot.
Pour water and ground ginger over onion and lemon slices.
Bring the pot to a boil and then allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Strain out onion and lemon solids.
Stir in honey.
Enjoy!

Add cinnamon.
Add 1 chopped garlic clove.
Add more honey as desired.
