Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 Lemon Sliced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the onion into even slices, and add to saucepan.
  • Slice the lemon and add to the pot.
  • Pour water and ground ginger over onion and lemon slices.
  • Bring the pot to a boil and then allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain out onion and lemon solids.
  • Stir in honey.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Variations
  • Add cinnamon.
  • Add 1 chopped garlic clove.
  • Add more honey as desired.
