Make boba (tapioca pearls) in a large pot according to packaging instructions.
Add cooked boba to your serving cup.
Measure 2 tablespoons of homemade rose syrup on top of tapioca pearls in a serving cup.
Next, bring the water to a boil in a kettle.
Add tea to your teapot, pour over hot water, and steep for 5 minutes.
Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Pour prepared tea over boba
Warm and froth milk and pour over tea.
Stir.

Tips and Variations
In this recipe, I used tea bags. You can also use loose leaf tea. 1 teaspoon of loose leaves per tea bag you are replacing.
Always use fresh and filtered water for tea. Freshly drawn water contains more oxygen than water that has been sitting and contributes greatly to the wonderful aroma of your tea.
Use your favorite plant-based milk. I almost always use oat milk.
