Instructions
Bring water to a boil and pour a bit into your teapot to warm it up. Swirl the water around and discard. (This small step helps to maintain the temperature of the water throughout the steeping process.)
Prepare your tea leaves by rinsing and patting them dry.
Give the tarragon a small chop to help release the flavors.
Add herb to the teapot and pour hot water over the tea.
