  • 3/4 Teaspoon Matcha
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Start by sifting matcha powder and turmeric powder into a bowl to avoid any clumps. Add water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously using either a bamboo whisk or an electric whisk until combined. Stir in your sweetener.
  • Warm and frother your milk. You can use an electric warmer and foamer or a handheld whisk.
  • Pour the prepared matcha and turmeric mixture into a large mug. Slowly add the warmed milk on top. Feel free to stir as desired.
  • If you like, froth a little extra milk and gently spoon the foam on top of your latte for an extra creamy experience.
