  • 1 Tablespoon Goldenrod fresh or dried, cleaned
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey optional
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the flowers and leaves gently under cool water.Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  • Bring water to a boil in kettle.
  • Place the goldenrod in your teapot or French press.
  • Pour hot water over the herbs.
  • Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor.
  • Pour the tea through a fine mesh strainer into your favorite mug.
  • Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if you like a twist of sweetness or brightness.
