In recent years it has become popular to use as a sleepy time tea or a bedtime tea as it can be soothing and does not contain any caffeine.

- Filtered Water – The water you use for making tea plays an important role in the tea’s flavor and aroma. Fresh filtered water tastes best!

How to Prepare Chamomile Tea from Dried Flowers
- Bring water to a boil, (if you are using an electric kettle, set it to 212°)
- You can prepare your teapot first by adding a bit of warm water and swirling it around and then pouring out the water. This warms the teapot up before making the tea.
- Add tea to your teapot or infuser.
- Pour water over the tea and cover.
- Steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain out tea.
