- Prepare your pure filtered or spring water, and use a clean kettle,
- Brew tea with water that is at boiling, approximately 212° F,
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of red tea leaves to 8 ounces of water and steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength and taste,
- Be sure to strain the tea before enjoying it.
- Add and stir-in milk or sweetener (or alternatives) as desired.
- Slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy!
Note, for iced red tea, brew as directed, allow to cool, then pour over ice.

Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Red Rooibos Tea
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
