Amazingly sweet and fruity peach iced tea recipe is the perfect summer sip for anyone wanting to keep cool and enjoy an amazing drink. Made with only 4 ingredients this tea is easy to make at home, and will quickly become a favorite.

Since peaches ripen so beautifully in the summer, it only makes sense to add them to iced tea. This peach tea is truly a deliciously sweet and fruity cold drink. Unlike my raspberry iced tea and blueberry iced tea which is made fully from scratch with fresh fruit, I decided to try taking a little shortcut. Instead of making peach syrup, I decided to see what would happen with a can of peaches. It surpassed my expectations. The result is a perfect ratio of sweet tea to peach. Canned peaches are easily found in almost any grocery store and I do not think the taste is compromised in any way! Dare I say it is even enhanced with this process? This peach iced tea is now my favorite fruit-flavored iced tea recipe!
What is Peach Iced Tea?
Peach iced tea is sweet black tea mixed with puréed peaches. It is a divine combination of tea flavors and is actually one of my favorite iced teas. Why drink tea plain when you can add peaches?

Why You Will Love Peach Tea
- Sweet
- Fruity
- Refreshing
- Has a beautiful bright color.
- SO easy to make!
What is in Peach Iced Tea?
This iced tea recipe is made with only 5 ingredients (including the water!)
- Black Tea – I used Lipton Tea bags in this recipe however I think loose-leaf Lipton tea would work as well or any other mild black tea. When testing this recipe I tried stronger black teas and found that the stronger tea did not fuse together well with the peaches.
- Sugar – Regular table sugar is perfect for this recipe. It dissolves easily and quickly with the water. You can also use substitute your preferred sweetener though it might alter the taste a bit.
- Canned Peaches – Use peaches in light syrup for a sweeter flavor.
- Water – Always use filtered water! Good-tasting water always makes the best tea.
- Fresh Lemon Slices – Not only do they add beautiful bright color, but they are simply dropped into the tea right before refrigerating.
That’s it! It can’t be easier to make peached iced tea at home from scratch!
