How to Use Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • Iced Teas: Sweeten your iced tea with a splash of strawberry simple syrup for a refreshing summer treat. Try this sweet strawberry iced tea!
  • Lemonades: Stir a few spoonfuls into a glass of lemonade for a delightful strawberry twist.
  • Cocktails: Enhance classic cocktails like mojitos or margaritas with a vibrant strawberry note.
  • Mocktails: Create delightful non-alcoholic beverages by mixing with soda water and a squeeze of lime.
  • Desserts: Drizzle over cheesecake or ice cream for a sweet and fruity finish.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries – There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh strawberries, especially when they’re in season. Choose fresh ripe strawberries for this recipe as they are the star of the show!
  • Sugar – I use regular white granulated sugar for this recipe and the results are perfect.
  • Water – Last but not least, water helps to dissolve the sugar and bring the syrup together.
